Turkish Süper Lig side Trabzonspor have submitted an official offer for Nigerian midfielder Anthony Dennis as they step up efforts to sign the highly-rated youngster from Göztepe.

Dennis has emerged as one of the standout young midfielders in Turkey following an impressive 2025/26 season, during which he made 31 league appearances and scored three goals for Göztepe.
The 21-year-old’s performances have attracted interest from several clubs, including Villarreal, FSV Mainz 05 and Beşiktaş. However, Trabzonspor are believed to be leading the race for his signature, with manager Fatih Tekke keen to add the Nigerian to his squad ahead of the new campaign.
Göztepe are reportedly demanding around €7 million for Dennis, who remains under contract until June 2027. Transfermarket currently values the former Super Eagles invitee at €8 million.
With no formal offers yet from clubs outside Turkey, Trabzonspor are optimistic of reaching an agreement, while negotiations between the two clubs are expected to continue in the coming days.
