And this has always been the way to go as the Top clubs were winning the biggest trophies, however, things have began to change.

The Older generation of Coaches are now getting fazed out of the game little by little and just like most of them started decades ago, José Mourinho with FC Porto, Pep Guadiola with Barcelona B, we’re beginning to see New and younger Managers or Head Coaches pull trees in this modern generation, with the case study being Mikel Arteta’s incredible job at Arsenal, Ruben Amorin’s wonderful work at Sporting CP and Xabi Alonso’s Unbeaten season also being the talk of the town.

Thiago Motta got Bologna into the Champions League for the first time in their history and he’s close to getting snapped up by Italian Giants Juventus.

Vincent Kompany’s good work at Burney didn’t go unnoticed as he has now been signed as the new Bayern Munich Manager.

Chelsea’s search for Mauricio Pochettino’s replacement has seen them set thier sights on young Coaches like Roberto De Zerbi who just recently left Brighton Albion, Kieran McKenna who completed an historic double promotion for Ipswich Town from League 1 to the Premier League this season and the current favorite Enzo Maresca who won the Championship with Leicester City and thier promotion back into the Premier League.

It is now evident that Tops clubs have began to look into the future of coaching with these younger new generation managers.

And just like Erik Ten Hag said when he joined Manchester United, “Eras Come to an End”.

So, the indication is that we will see more and more young managers taking the Top jobs in Football for the next fews years to come.
